BORDER THROWDOWN 2023 is the second edition of the border throwdown! Qualify in teams of 3 (M-H-F) to come on September 2nd and 3rd 2023 at the “Centre Omnisports du Préau” to compete on the floor, the pool and the track!
A competition for 6 categories (Scaled, inter, rx, elite, master rx, master inter) with qualifications determining your category!
The qualification will be done on a single wod gathering all the required physical qualities and each partner will be able to do this wod alone.
